BRIG HOLDING concerns for Ghana's overall development with vision for 2023-2030 as follows:
•Project Goal: Concentrate and create in the territory of Ghana, including the capital city of Acre and fifteen coastal cities (Sege, Ada Foga, Tema, Kasoa, Winneba, Apam, Otiam, Sailpond, Kaip Coast, Takoradi, Princess Tone, Axim,
Eziama, Atuaho , Half Assini), with a length of 435 km of coastline - a cluster. Build new and, if possible, reconstruct old
ports, hotels, entertainment centers, industrial complexes in the area in association with companies, corporations, municipalities, into a single interconnected and complementary complex that enhances competitive advantages.
•Build an Island City: Ghana's new capital on the Volta River on Treasure Island.
•Build a railway in Ghana with a total length of 1,450 km.
The main tasks of the project:
1. Create, concentrate, reconstruct existing infrastructure facilities on the coast.
2. Segment and systematize the activities of organizations, objects and subjects of homogeneous activity. Strengthen their complementarity and competitive advantages in general.
3. Ensure the interaction of all segments and areas of economic activity, management structures, facilities, subjects of life of the cluster, guarantee the development of municipal complexes, improve the welfare of the territorial communities involved in the implementation of the project, and strive to expand the influence of economic activity in the geopolitical space.
Project objectives:
1. Creation of a "linear" hotel business in fifteen coastal cities.
2. Creation of an independent complex of amusement parks, interconnected with the hotel complexes of the cluster.
3. Reconstruction, modernization, development and management of the Tema port and new small ports for liners, yacht clubs, and LNG.
4. Creation of a large entertainment and tourist complex.
5. Creation of a unique international children's and youth sports complex-camp for the development, recreation and rehabilitation of children from 8 to 17 years old.
6. Creation of an industrial line of enterprises of the agro-industrial complex of the cluster with access to the international arena of product sales and interaction with international companies.
7. Creation of an "African" technopark
8. Creation of an innovative international medical center with a laboratory and a campus, as well as a residential complex for medical workers.
9. Establishment of international sector-specific working contacts and trade relations.
